With over 30 years’ experience in strategic roles, Catherine has successfully led teams through significant organisational change to achieve exceptional business outcomes.
Her senior executive experience has been gained in industries ranging from retail and hospitality to mining and professional services, personally managing budgets of over $600 million in today’s terms. Her positions have included GM Head Office Services, GM Strategic Corporate Development, and GM Retail.
She has managed ground-breaking IT projects, major retail distribution and implementation of the strategic plan for a major international mining company. She was appointed to an Army project to develop officer retention strategies.
In her spare time she has contributed to the community as chair of the Red Cross board for the training and employment of the intellectually disabled, a member of the board of Karuna Hospice and Gove Hospital and has served as an advisor to Indigenous businesses in Arnhem Land.
Over the last eighteen months Catherine has worked with executive management teams in the prisons system, the gaming industry and for AIM Queensland, mentoring professional service firm executives to achieve high-quality personal and business outcomes.
She is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and an accredited practitioner for Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Testing (MSCEIT).

Bill Kernoczy’s career includes senior logistics appointments in the Australian Defence Force, sales and marketing management positions in retail, office products, recruitment and IT, and more recently CEO of a successful Indigenous civil engineering business in Arnhem Land. Bill is also an accredited Miller Heiman trainer and has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
He is passionate about sales training, presentation training and creativity, and has led workshops in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, as well as Australia.
