Coaching and  Mentoring

Catherine has proved to be a sensitive and dedicated coach, assisting our team through a range of development areas. That we expect of a coach or mentor.

She  however, provides guidance at a far more committed level.

Our company was cynical in signing off coach development, our directors having experienced less than beneficial outsourcing experiences in the past. We are now happy to incorporate continual professional development programs under Catherine for key staff members, as her programs have proven results across multiple areas.

Her approach is honest and direct, quick to point out areas requiring development and suggesting systems and solutions to do so. Yet, despite moving through what can often be difficult and emotional content, all staff involved leave sessions feeling empowered, respected and validated – and this has resulted in immediate implementation of suggested plans.
