A major issue in many organisations is the lack of a creative thinking process to solve problems, combined with no real experience as to  what constitutes a workable plan.

Often the approach is to rely on what was done before, what others are doing, or taking short term, expedient action.

This workshop, called “Creativity in the Workplace – Solving Problems” comprises a minimum of theory combined with practical work to reinforce learning.

The course has been developed over many years teaching proven techniques from civilian and military sources; de Bono, Buzan and the US Marine Corps; that can be used individually or in groups.
